Based in the centre of Southend for over 15 years 1st Call are one of the most established Estate and Letting agents in the town.
With over 100 years of joint experience our managers and directors have been at the forefront of local property and have seen every type of housing market since 1989.
Our job is simple, provide a great service and support you through a really important process.
We know how stressful moving home can be and by cutting through the old fashioned estate agent attitude and replacing it with something that everyone can relate to we are able to connect with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants everyday and develop meaningful relationships so the process of buying or letting a home is simplified.
